"NATURE VILLAS" are distant only 600 m from the village, connected with a municipal asphalt road and dominating the entire gulf of Agios Nikitas with breath taking views, surrounded by the unspoiled nature of native species.

From every spot of these villas you feel embraced by the rich nature and at the same time you are not alone thanks to the inimitable allocation, link-detached and, at the same time so private with their own yards, pools & gardens. Villas are facing mainly south-west and the gentle breeze gives a "natural air-conditioning" during the summer months.

Every villa counts approx. 100 m² split in two main levels and an attic, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 1 w.c with a shower, plus the attic as a third bedroom.

Every villa- in addition of the central gate of the complex - has its own entrance gate and garden in the front, followed by their own large terrace on one side, with well sized pool (4, 5x9, 0m). Private parking place for at least 1 car is provided for each house.

Entering the villa the main entrance level has an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The living area has a fire-place and French windows that open onto a wide canopy balcony to the sea views. The dining area has French windows open onto the large swimming pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are the stairs leading up to the attic and down to the bedrooms .There is also one bathroom with shower in common use for this floor and the attic. Staircase leads down to one double bedroom, with en-suite spacious bathroom, leading to big open terrace and one twin bedded room, leading to the same open terrace, next to another bathroom with shower. From the main level, an open staircase leads up to the attic ,as a third bedroom with two single beds.

Each unit enjoys all benefits of freedom for most of their spaces for private use- (gardens-yards-and pools) - being allocated to only the left or right side of each villa.

- Prices are in euros per week including all taxes, cleaning and linen (once a week at the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening and internet.

Ideally located close to Agios Nikitas village. The location is close to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Being located on a hill it was a quite place without being disturbed by trafic noises… More

How do damage deposits work?
