Tastefully restored 2 bedroom apartment located in the heart of the old town including a large roof terrace overlooking the Cathedral. Next to river L' Herault and Canal du Midi, the town boasts many activities in the peak season including open air concerts and firework displays. In addition, there are a varied choice of restaurants on the doorstep with Cap D'Agde just a short drive away.
Locally referred to as 'The Back Pearl of the Mediterranean', Agde has something for all tastes; it is close to beautiful, unspoiled beaches, Aqualand and Lunapark for the more adventurous, and for those who prefer a bit of culture a wide range of activities take place all year round, displaying traditional French culture through mediums of live music, theatre and festivals.
We are also a short drive from Sete which hosts the world famous Giles Peterson Worldwide Festival every July.
If you like to venture further afield on your holiday, Agde has excellent transport links with the train station 10 minutes walk away connecting you to the city of Montpellier, Sete and even Paris. Bezier airport is also a 10 minute drive away and a day trip to Barcelona, Arles or Marseille is feasible and easily accessible by road.
This spacious two bedroomed apartment is located in the heart of the old town. The airy, living area is made up of an open plan kitchen-dining area and a comfortable living space complete with a sofa bed which sleeps 2. Bedrooms are large and comfortably sleep 2 people although more can easily be accommodated. The roof terrace overlooks the cathedral and is perfect for relaxing in the daytime and dining in the evenings. Agde old town oozes character with areas of historical interest, boat jousting on the river and regular market days selling traditional fare. Several family friendly beaches are within cycling distance with lots of water based activities.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gillian (the owner) a message.

If Gillian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
