From the owner

This 2007 built detached 2 floor villa are situated approximately 200 meters from the seafront.
The villa enjoy lovely panoramic views over the Pyllaros Valley to the front and right and to the left the beautiful bay of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea. Since the villa are all facing towards the south, they all enjoy sunshine the whole day through. The maisonette villa are all detached and they all enjoy the privacy you would expect.
Downstairs consist of a living room with open kitchen full equipped and dining room area with a spacious toilet and shower. The couches in the living room can be easily converted into two single beds (double bed when they are attached)and air-conditioning. The balcony in front of the kitchen also has a spacious table with comfortable relaxing chairs for those days and nights you prefer to sit outside. Upstairs there is a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a full size bath and washing machine, has the comfort of a television, air-conditioning,safe, dressing table with mirror and large built-in wardrobes. The spacious balcony with comfortable deck chairs can be accessed from the bedroom through liding doors. The balcony enables for lovely valley views to the front and right and sea view to the left. Relaxing at the pool.The 40 square meter swimming pool is ideal for those days you prefer not to go to the nearby beaches. There are also toilets down the stairs next to the pool. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the beautiful views over the valley of Pyllaros to the right and the village of Agia Efimia and the Ionian Sea to the left.

    This is a fabulous villa with all the required facilities. Upkeep and housekeeping is exceptional. A very short walk to all amenities. Would definitely stay again. A very relaxing holiday

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If ANTONIA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
