Peacefully located 3 km from the village of Agia Galini, Palazzo Greco Villas is a complex of traditional villas each with a private pool.

Each villa consists of two seperate appartments. Guests will enjoy views of the Libyan Sea and the surroundings from their furnished patio.

Fitted with stone walls and beamed ceilings, each complex at Palazzo consist of an one bedroom villa and a two bedrooms villa.

The new Palazzo Greco Villas await you at an extremely beautiful spot just a breath (3km) from the quaint village of Agia Galini, South Crete. With their majestic panorama extending from the Libyan sea and the island of Gavdos to massive Cretan mountain ranges and fertile plains they are a unique place to relax.

Hosting up to 10 guests and featuring a private swimming pool and amazing views over the Libyan Sea, our villas are the perfect houses for rent for your holidays in Crete, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The Complex of Villas features two independent houses with two levels each. On the first level there are one and two bedrooms respectively ensuring extra privacy and exclusivity, well-appointed living areas with hand-made furnishings, and fully-equipped kitchens.

The lofts on the second level, imitating the traditional “ontas” of Cretan houses, provide a relaxing, private place for sleep and rest on comfortable double bed, twin beds or sofa beds (depending on rental type).

The villas are built with respect to the traditional architecture and the surrounding scenery.

At the nearby village of Agia Galini, guests will find a supermarket and several restaurants, bars and cafés. Heraklion International Airport is located 80 km from the property.

Property rules:

Guests are responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival.

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please be careful to put out your cigarettes properly. Danger of fire.

Do not throw paper or any other sanitary products in the toilet.

When aircondition is on, please close the doors and windows. Help us protect the environment.

Parents should keep an eye on their children.

The property is cleaned every day and the linens are changed twice a week.

Pets are allowed on prior request with extra charge.

The guests can choose how much they need to interact. There is always someone at the site but they can choose to contact us whenever they like. There is a snack bar on the highest point of the villas which is operating from 09:00 to 22:00 o’clock every day , where you can taste our traditional snacks, fresh salads and home-cooked food. Every day there is a delicious traditional dish. Of course you can also enjoy refreshing drinks, Cretan Wines, raki and summer cocktails viewing the amazing sea view meeting the blue sky!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stefania (the owner) a message.

If Stefania (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
