Located in South Creta, in Agia Paraskevi. in the center of the village,near to a small Orthodox church, the square and the playground, distinguished by it's plantation that reaches up to the 1st floor. It's beautiful designed yard offers day-long shade as well as a built barbecue.
Inside, a comfortable living room with 2 built-in couches that sits under a rock and a large brick fireplace, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen/dinning room.
Through a narrow wood staircase, the 1st floor contains two spacious bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds and an additional bathroom. Bedrooms have air conditioning.
The neighborhood
Located between Agia Galini and Moni Preveli and a good 2 hours drive from Chania Airport, standing high on the hillside looking out over the Libyan Sea.
All the houses are built in traditional Cretan style from local stone and wood, with terracotta tiled roofs. Ideally peaceful place, with the only disruptions being the occasional car or the sounds of nature.
Inside the village you can find 'Vrachos' and 'Pegaseus', places where you can eat, drink, and use the swimming pool provided that you make a purchase.
Within a short drive away, you can visit some of south Crete's most beautiful beaches - Ligres, Agia Fotini, Triopetra, Agios Pavlos etc. - and have a taste of the Cretan cuisine in their 'tavernas'.
In the village of 'Kerame' (ten minutes drive), there is a grocery store, while for bigger purchases, a supermarket in 'Spili' (30 minutes drive)
