It was totally rennovated on 2016 whereas a brand new pool area was added. A perfect blend of traditional and modern aesthetics, handpicked original art, each room is carefully designed to inspire a way of easy living while treating your eyes to the breathtaking blue of the sea or the colors of sunset even from the privacy of the bedrooms. The property's numerous terraces are equipped with several remotely positioned sun beds and loungers, perfect for star shooting or simply reading a book. Two well equipped kitchens are ready to accommodate a nutritious Cretan breakfast or a lovingly prepared dinner

The outdoor areas are a treat; Amazing gathering spots include lounging and alfresco dinning sections on the various layers of the property, either protected from the sun and winds or meant for sunbathing. The brand new sea water infinity pool area, complement the serene sea view ambient, while a variety of beaches can be reached within 5 minutes by car. A private chef on demand can be an addition to this sanctuary, offering a fantastic culinary experience. Within 5-10 minutes by car you will also find a good selection of simple Cretan tavernas and restaurants.

Guests will have access to all 8 square meters of the property being able to familiarize themselves to local flora, natural grasses and wild and aromatic plants characteristic of the island’s habitat. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anastasia (the owner) a message.

If Anastasia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
