From the owner

This house is 140m² and laid out in three levels and can easily accommodate four to nine people. There are three main big terraces of a total 90m² with pergola shaded areas and single roof for protection from sun and rain. The entrance is located on the ground floor where the living room with the fireplace is, along with the open plan kitchen and dinning area. The ground floor offers direct access to both terraces. On the upper level are situated the master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. They share a bathroom with shower. In addition, in this level there is an office space with a large panoramic window and a seating sofa that can accommodate another visitor. This space is ideal for reading, working and playing. The lower level has two more bedrooms one of which has a double bed. They share a bathroom with a bathtub. The tool pantry is also located in this level. The house sits on a 2,000m² plot of land and it is totally independent and detached. There is a vegetable garden with organic fresh vegetables for you to pick as well as a herb garden for your cooking seasoning. There is private parking for three cars. Features:Fully equipped kitchen with capacity to serve 10 people. Spices, herbs and aromatic cooking salts and peppers,herbal teas and different types of coffee, cooking pots and all necessary utensil. Flat screen TV, DVD player, outdoor BBQ and stone oven, board games and a big collection of books. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron board, pasta maker machine and more. Why can't I call Stathis (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stathis (the owner) a message.

If Stathis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
