Watch the sun set from your private patio-terrace which extends to a large manicured garden facing a beach landplot (the sea is just 40 m far), of this bright, spacious (42 m) fully equipped, comfortable and and elegantly presented one bedroom apartment at the grounds of the beach villa house. It enjoys a premier position at centre beach (so you can explore both north and south areas of the beach) at the end of the main village road where most shops and restaurats are. It offers pure relaxation, local charm and a gorgeous garden with chaises longues. It sleeps up to 4 at bedroom and at a two divan/sofa bedded living area which includes an open plan kitchen. It benefits from a spacious bathroom with bath tub and shower. .
