INTRODUCTION - the COMPLEX:

La Corfiota Villa Maisonette & Garden Apartments is a small charming complex of a House Villa with Apartments, laid out over 1.7 acres of land in local stone, manicured grass and beautiful plants, flowers, ideal for couples and families, offering privacy, tranquillity and a prime location. Four apartments are rented; the maisonette at 110 m2 is the largest and offers superior accommodation standards

The complex enjoys a premier-unique position, only 25 m away from the beach and the end of the main village road, yet its lay out and gardens allow privacy, relaxation and are a joy to children. The views, the vegetation, the sound of birds and the waves of the sea, offer peace and tranquillity just steps off the beach.

La Corfiota VILLA HOUSE is large house standing on the grounds of a privileded 1.7 acres plot with only one neighbouring property and plenty of green space, offering various accommodation options.

The villa maisonette on the first floor and the garden one bedroom apartments (3) and the studio below, are the main part of the Villa House which is laid out around a beautifully manicured back and front garden with a natural well, lemon and palm trees.

THIS MAISONETTE APARTMENT sleeps up to 6 or 7 people. Larger parties rent also one of the three one garden apartment (2 rooms) which sleeps 4 more each, or/and the studio apartment that sleeps 2 more. All provide ample space in and out, standards for comfort with all round Wi-Fi and fitted kitchens for self-catering purposes.

This is a a sloped ceiling, bright, spacious maisonette of 3 bedrooms (the twin room has an accordion door hence can serve as a 2d lounge) over 110 m plus a huge veranda, on the top/1st floor, a unique apartment in terms of quality, fittings, comfort, size, location and views, popular with couples, families and groups of friends.

It accommodates 4 people in the two air conditioned double bedrooms with ensuite like bathrooms (prices on the site are based on 4 people occupancy) plus 2 more in the twin room (your availability quote will add an extra guest charge of 10-15%.

MAISONETTE INTERIOR:

The maisonette is decorated in a traditional neo classical style with solid walnut wood furniture, some antique style pictures-art, soft fabrics in colour themed bedrooms, a fireplace etc and it boasts AC in the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, full kitchen amenities, destined to offer you a luxurious, private, self-catering holiday experience, steps away from one of the most beautiful bays / beaches on the island, surrounded closely by luscious green mountains; which you will awake up to, from the view of your bedroom (s). It boasts several windows, huge terrace and balconies, offering superb views to both mountain east (sunrise) and sea west (sunset). It is washed in sunlight from sun rise to sun set, yet its marble, tiles and dark polished wood keep it cool throughout; no A/C is really needed other than in August; yet two of three bedrooms are equipped with modern silent ACs; the third has an air fan. There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with modern facilities, fire place in the living room, both bathrooms have bathtubs. Slippers, handmade soap and one bathrobe is provided.
