Villa Athena is set in a serene location in central Corfu near the idyllic village of Agios Ioannis. Its position gives access to many of the best amenities on the island, whilst also offering peace, quiet and spectacular view of the surrounding countryside by day and the distant lights of neighbouring villages in the hills at night.

This superb villa is set in a small but ancient olive grove, the villa boasts a private pool set in a large outside garden, its now also has a gazebo covered BBQ area which can accommodate AL fresco dining, whilst on the other side of the pool and sun worshipers can enjoy themselves without disturbing anyone. Athena gives you every opportunity to enjoy the views, climate and the local cuisine.

This newly built villa has ample room to sleep 4 people comfortably plus one extra on the sofa bed in the living area. The bedrooms are all en-suite and the property has been furnished so that you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Villa Athena also benefits from being only 15 minutes drive from the airport and historic Corfu Town, with its quaint shops, restaurants and historic attractions. Nearby, close to Ermones Beach is Corfu's internationally renowned 18 hole Golf course, which was designed by Donald Harradine. For families with young children the giant water park Aqua-land is very close by to keep young children happy when they have tired of the beach.

Villa Athena is set over two floors:

*Ground floor : Lounge with French windows leading out to garden/pool areas, fully fitted kitchen, small W.C. off hallway
*Upstairs : a small landing where there is a chair for sitting and two bedrooms : The left hand bedroom has two single beds ideal for teenagers/children and has a en-suite shower room. The master bedroom on the right has a double bed and an en-suite, plus french windows which lead out to the balcony, it also has great all round views of the surrounding country side.

*The landing also has french windows leading out to the balcony with its fantastic views of the superb countryside, this balcony can also be accessed through the french windows in the master bedroom.

The pool has a lounging area with a swinging covered 3 seater, plus individual sun loungers
there are two areas for just sitting and relaxing, in the first area it boast a view of the local village with mountains in the background, the second is a covered gazebo with built in BBQ and also table and chairs over looking the swimming pool and villa.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
