Kionio Sea House is located at the Kionio cape and it is the best “recipe” for a relaxed, stress-free and disconnected vacation! Kionio is a unique experience as the house is only surrounded by the sea, the nature and the sky offering the perfect tranquility. You can only hear the sound of nature – the birds and the sea You can enjoy your absolutely privacy in the serene landscape of the house and live alternative luxury of the authenticity ™.

A house with many views for all the tastes! Every angle has views that vary with mountains, sea-shores, archipelago, bright blue sky or endless star-lit sky and sunsets painting the landscape different colours every day. You can “escape” in your own private world of Kionio while still being close to the main amenities. Far from the civilization but close to bliss and well-being.

Kionio Sea House is traditional house that comprises of different buildings with bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities. There is also a traditional wooden oven that can be used for cooking and a little church with a local character. There are also gardens with Mediterenean trees and plants as well as a private access to small beach in the blue and fresh Aegean sea.

The house architecture and its interior are traditional respecting the simple local style while it offers all the needed facilities for very comfortable holidays. Tom Ford said “time and silence are the most luxurious things today”. At Kionio you can enjoy quality and the simplicity; you can live alternative luxury of the authenticity ™.
