Dion Villa comprises on the top floor of one Master Bedroom with Queen Size Bed, Ensuite Jacuzzi Hot Tub,,w\c,#itring area with sofa Bed and Balcony.

On the Ground Floor ,Living room with two sofa Beds,fully equipped kitchen and a second bathroom with shower .

The property is ideal to host either couples or small families.

From the big glass windows in the sitting area on the first floor you can view the Kefalonian coasts whereas in the outdoor balcony you can enjoy your morning coffee looking to the south coasts of the island.

In the private yard of the ground floor you can have your meal or bbq with the view of the lush green hills and the sounds of the water coming out from the stone Spring.

The plunge pool with the waterfall on the top and the sun beds offer you unique moments of leisure..

Dion Villa is 500m from Aghios Nikolas local local port where you can take the ferry to Kefalonia(1hour and 15 minutes away),the famous Shipwreck (2 hours away by boat or 30 minutes drive to see from the top)and the Blue Caves(20 minutes away by the boat).Nearby there are nice tavernas, restaurants with fresh fish, art cafe, gas station, snack bars and ATM Machine.

Aghios Nikolas area is a new developed region with luxurious villas and lush green vegetation. It is located in the north east part of the island and people prefer coming for the peaceful environment and the tranquility offers.

The property is 32 km away from the main Port in Zakynthos town , (40 minutes drive) and 38 km away from the Airport in Kalamaki (45 minutes drive).

In 15 minutes drive you reach Xyghia Sulphide Springs and in 10 minutes drive you can stop at the pebble Long Beach.

In 20 minutes drive you reach Alykes touristic town whereas in 35 minutes drive you can stop in an other touristic place , Tsilivi - full of nice restaurants, tavernas and gift shops as well.

Last ,in 40 minutes drive you reach Zakynthos main town whereas Laganas,famous for the night clubs is just 45 minutes drive away from the property.
