Not many houses in the Greek islands can equal the position (on a peninsula), comfort and privacy of this excellent beach house. An all round sea view which turns into an all round dramatic sunset in the evenings.

Sitting on a low cliff, surrounded by beautiful gardens with a path through a "rain forest" that leads to two practically isolated beaches. In this house one meets facilities that are expected on a 5* hotel. Heated Pools(one padle pool indoors),Sauna and Steamroom,Gym,Outside ozone therapy spa,Recreation room with tv room ,and full size pool table and numerous safety features for children.

GROUND FLOOR

As you walk into the lower groud floor,passing through the indoor padle pool(4,4X2,2 m) and sauna area, you meet a spacious recreation room with pool table, weights, rowing machine, etc.

There is also a big bedroom with a two singles that can be zipped into a quenn size(180x200) and a single bed suitable for people withmobility difficulties or older people, with en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The terrace looks east to the main garden and enjoys spectacular sea views.

POOL LEVEL FLOOR

There is an entirely open plan sitting area that overlooks the sea all around and the dramatic horizon pool. The kitchen-open plan-area is connected with both sides of the house with outside covered terraces suitable for dinning. On of those holds the bbq area as well.

On the pool level floor there is a twin bedroom ensuite which can be converted into Euro King size double(160x200)

UPPER FLOOR

Holds two large master bedrooms with Euro King size beds(160x200) with top quality matreses and linen with jacuzzi bathroom ensuite and mini bars which lead to open terraces with spectacular views over the pool and the sea.

A third twin for adults or children with en suite shower, is near enough to the master bedrooms so parents can keep an eye on their children.A few security devices are installed in the house regarding children's safety.

The swimming pool is gated ,measures 11x7m and is heated (extra cost).

There are airconditions and mosquito nets on all bedrooms and open plan sitting area.

Children will love the playground.

Our Double beds are Euro King size-160x200 with top quality matresses -grand suite- and fine linen ,to ensure a good night's sleep.

All our single beds can be converted into proper Euro king size doubles with zipped top quality matresses (grand suite)

    We stayed at Saint Nicholas for a third time as we thought it was fantastic. Private, secluded, great scenery, fantastic staff and this time we had a second private beach!! Wow.
