Alquiler de apartamento dúplex en Agua Amarga, Almería.

Consta de tres plantas y una azotea distribuidas de la siguiente manera:

- PRIMERA PLANTA: con salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada y aseo.

- SEGUNDA PLANTA: dispone de dos dormitorios (uno principal con cama de matrimonio de 1.50 m. y otro con dos camas - con posibilidad de sacar otra cama), baño completo con plato de ducha y balcón con bonitas vistas.

ZONA SOTANO: zona de estar diáfana con 4 camas obra y TV

- AZOTEA: amplia terraza protegida por una pérgola de madera, con mesa y sillas para poder comer y disfrutar de las vistas y de la noche estrellada, así como un banco de obra para poder leer.

El apartamento tiene acceso directo a la calle y fue construido en el año 2002.

Se encuentra en un pueblo con supermercado, restaurantes, escuela de buceo, vela ligera y posibilidad de alquilar canoas y barcas para visitar la gran variedad de calas que rodean la población.

Hola Luisa, lamento ver este comentario de una casa que esta cuidada y que es una casa a la que va mi familia desde hace 16 años. Nunca hemos tenido ningun problema con nadie y siempre hemos recibido buenas criticas habiendo gente que repite. Generalmente si algo no funciona lo logico es avisar al propietario y nosotros cuando alguien ha llamado han tenido una respuesta rapida por nuestra parte. Las sabanas y toallas se cambian todos los años. Cuando se fueron mande a una persona y ni encontro cucarachas, ni persianas que no funcionaban y respecto al oxido no sabemos a que se refieren. Ustedes dejaron la basura en la casa pero mas alla de eso la casa no tenia ningun olor. La casa esta pintada en marzo y esta ek un buen estado. En cualquier caso me hubiera gustado que hubiesen llamado al telefono nuestro para hablar las cosas porque no reconocemos todo lo que dicen de nuestra casa. Ha habido gente que ha alquilado antes y despues de ustedes y nadie ha tenido problema alguno con la casa. Un saludo y gracias.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angelica (the owner) a message.

If Angelica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
