Our goal is to make you feel at home. Whether you are planning a business trip or your next family getaway, you’ll experience a welcoming & relaxing stay. Enjoy comfortable, lovely decorated spacious rooms and our Everyday Amenities during your stay and have a unique vacation at our updated and cozy vacation apartment located on the second floor of the #1 Convenience Store in Aguada, JV Convenience store, a place where you can grab everything you need from snacks to provisions and from a wide variety of artesanal beers, hard liquor, wines and more to your delight. On the first level of the building you can enjoy a Coffee& Bar, both the Convenience Store and the Bar are opened until midnight and the Coffee & Bar sometimes will have live music. You can enjoy across the street from our apartment: a fitness center for your workouts, a running track during the sunset, and a kid’s recreational splash park for the whole family. You can find beaches, restaurants and downtown Aguada minutes away from our apartment.

Our 2 bedroom- 1 bathroom apartment is fully furnished and equipped with Air Conditioning in the bedrooms, Internet Service and everything you need to have a great experience away from home but to make you feel at home. It can accommodates up to 6 people.

Each bedroom includes closet and storage space. Bathrooms provided with freshly cleaned cotton towels. The apartment is equipped with a Laundry area, includes both washer and dryer and Iron/Ironing board. Living Room area with a 43” Smart TV with access to use your own Netflix account, YouTube, Pandora and Vudu. Dining Area, seats 6. A kitchen fully equipped with stove top, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Cookware and Dinnerware are also provided. The apartments do not include cleaning service, but is equipped with everything you need to do it yourself. If you decide to use the cleaning services it will only be provided on stays of 7 nights or more if the guest request it prior to booking for an additional fee of US $55.

I would love to welcome you myself but because I'm not always around I will send you a combination number for the entrance door to the apartment and the door for the apartment itself. It will be the same combination number for both. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Larissa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
