This is an immaculate, modern one bedroom south-facing penthouse flat with private parking and super fast fibre optic WiFi. It is in the quiet most northern area of Aguadulce, a lovely beach town 15 mins drive south of Almeria.

Aguadulce is the upmarket and quieter area of Roquetas de Mar, a popular vibrant and busy spanish holiday destination close to Almeria capital.The flat boasts a long terrace ideal for outdoors dining and barbecues, open plan modern designer kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning in the bedroom, heating/air conditioning in the living-room, where there is also a sofa bed. It sleeps 1-4, ideal for a couple with 1-2 children or 2 couples.Torrevela 4 is a Landmark building at the highest point of Aguadulce. It has a swimming pool and a paddle court. It offers easy access to the AP7 motorway (the flat is however very very quiet) so is ideal to swiftly get to Almeria capital in 15 mins and to quickly reach the Cabo de Gata's beaches, some of the most beautiful, wild and pristine beaches in Spain. Ideal to visit on a day trip.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACCESS TO THE POOL IS NOW ELECTRONIC VIA THE USE OF AN APPLICATION YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD ON YOUR SMARTPHONE (iPhone or other). IF YOU DON'T YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE POOL. DON'T HAVE A SMARTPHONE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE POOL. Being a penthouse, the flat is very private. The beach in Aguadulce is only 5 mins drive (20 walking) and is lovely (see photo). There are many 'chiringuitos' (Beach bars/restaurant) where the delicious tapas are free with every ice cold beer!

Check-in after 8pm incurs a supplement of €10 payable to the person who greets you.

Check-out at 11am.

There is some flexibility around these times.

PETS: PETS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED DUE TO PREVIOUS PROBLEMS WITH RENTING TO PET OWNERS. THIS INCLUDES “VERY WELL BEHAVED” PETS.

Why can't I call Mathias (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mathias (the owner) a message.

If Mathias (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
