House courtyard of the 18th century listed under the name of EMBLEMATIC House, located in historic town of AGÜIMES while maintaining the aesthetics and ethnography of the era with the comforts and needs of today. Consists of main courtyard in the open air, sitting room - kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. It is built with noble wood and thick walls with natural insulation, getting a very pleasant temperature inside and making sure the decor is in harmony with the building. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, systems for the exploitation of renewable energy appliances and lighting of low consumption utilization of rain water that promote balance and conservation of the environment. Located in an enclave rich in archaeological sites relatively close to the tourist area of the island and easy access to the peaks and peak more high of the island. Presenting a very varied scenic rural surroundings with endemic species of flora and fauna typical of the macaronecias. Gran Canaria is a multicultural reference and a meeting place for lovers of sports (Surfing, diving among others) water and mountain sports (cycling, hiking, climbing) and a place of dreams for lovers of archaeology by their importance and similarities with other ancient cultures such as the Egyptians.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send MARTIN (the owner) a message.

If MARTIN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
