Let yourself be carried away by the charm of this unique century-old town house, classified 4 * furnished tourism, in hidden in lush greenery, at the bottom of the large landscaped garden and away from the noise of the city yet so close...

Imagine diving in the turquoise water of the pool or lying on its small beach.

The large terraces (200 m2) are waiting for you to sunbathe on the sun loungers or take breakfast, morning, before the pool before the studio or on the side of kitchen. You take 'drink' in the garden room and the beautiful shaded pergola waits you for lunch or dinner. The griddle and Grill are in position.

This Centennial House has retained its authenticity with its components of origin and its thick walls which bring coolness in summer. The Provençal soul is there, hanging on the walls, with the notable watercolors of grandfather, friend of Cézanne. But the layout and decor are contemporary. Brand furniture, top kitchen range...

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, one, large, with a bed 160 x 200, nice dressing and the other with a bed 140 x 200 and wardrobe share the bathroom and separate wc. Full South, view stunning garden, terraces and swimming pool. On the ground floor, the large studio with bed 160 x 200, wardrobe, kitchenette and bathroom arguments of a terrace and direct access to the garden and swimming pool.

The House is ready to live, maintained with care, the linen supplied. Everything is there, it lacks nothing, not even the cookbooks!

Forget your car parked inside the property and get off in the city. The Cours Mirabeau, the Mazarin district with its beautiful mansions, the provencal market, the Cathedral, museums and nice shops are 10mm walk from the House. You will cross the quiet, residential neighbourhood but there are 200 m all shops, including the fishmonger and the cheesemaker and other (bus) services. The Vauvenargues road with the famous Castle of Picasso passes in front of the House. You will discover the villages and landscapes, dear to Cézanne and go hiking on Mount Sainte Victoire. Ballads and beaches along the beachfront, Saint Tropez in the Camargue, passing through the Luberon. Of many beautiful golf courses await passionate players.

You will have at your disposal all the good tips and nice to make your stay successful.

    Jane and Austyn and family have been fantastic guests, taking care of the house and the garden and pool. Even Daddy was looking at the flowers and plants, giving them water and the terrasses were perfectly clean!! They enjoyed their stay at the Villa and we were very happy to welcome them.     It was a real pleasure for us to welcome Stewart and his family at home. They are absolut charming people, taking care of parasols when the weather was too windy.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
