Le logement

Appartement idéalement situé au centre d'Aix-les-Bains, en face du Casino Grand Cercle dans la Résidence des Fleurs, un ancien Hôtel de la Belle Epoque qui a su garder son charme d'antan.

Le studio de 25m2, situé au 2ème étage avec ascenseur est très lumineux, il possède une double exposition avec 2 balcons (sud et ouest) et une vue imprenable sur la Dent du Chat et le Revard.

L'immeuble possède 2 entrées toutes deux sécurisées par digicode.

Le studio se compose d'une pièce principale avec cuisine américaine et d'une salle de bain/wc séparée.

La pièce principale comprend: 1 lit en 140, une grande armoire miroir pour vos effets personnels, un coin salon avec 1 BZ en 140, une table basse, un coin repas avec une table et 4 chaises, une table et des chaises sur un des balcons, une TV écran plat , une connexion internet WiFi .

La cuisine est toute équipée avec un Frigo (avec freezer),un micro onde , des plaques de cuisson, un four, une machine à laver le linge ,une machine à café électrique, une machine à café Senseo, un grille pain, , un mixeur, un fer et une table à repasser, tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de la vaisselle en quantité suffisante.

La salle de bain est équipée d'une cabine de douche avec paroi de verre, d'un WC , d'un meuble vasque, d'un radiateur sèche serviettes, d'un sèche cheveux , d'un panier à linge et d'un étendage.

Possibilité -avec la carte d'hôte -d'obtenir à prix réduit soit une carte (24h/24 et 7j/7) pour le parking couvert et sécurisé de l'Hôtel de Ville, situé à 200m.,soit de parquer en surface autour de l'immeuble.

Vous disposerez bien entendu de la carte d'hôte qui vous permet (entre autre chose) de bénéficier gratuitement de tous les transports en communs, ceci bien que l'appartement soit à deux pas de toutes les commodités: commerces, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, cinémas, casino, théâtre de verdure ainsi que de la gare...

Si vous le souhaitez vous pourrez disposer pour 40 euros de tout le linge de maison et de toilette.

How do damage deposits work?
