The Villa is located on the Southern part of Santorini Island, at the historical Akrotiri. Akrotiri is one of the well-known traditional villages in Santorini; renowned for its pre-historical settlement situated there. The Archaeological site, the famous Red Beach and La Ponta Venetian Tower are within walking distance from the villa.

The Villa is situated in an extremely quiet area of Akrotiri, but still very close to the centre of it. Mini markets and convenient stores, bakeries and grocery stores, local tavernas and restaurants with home-made dishes and all-day bars are all within walking distance from the villa and easy to access by foot or vehicle.

The Villa has been built according to the traditional architecture of Cyclades and combines traditional with modern design. The antique furniture inside the villa was carefully collected from the owners to remind you of the culture of the island and travel you back in time.

Luxury, privacy and comfort are paramount in this villa. It is ideal for couples, group of friends or families seeking for leisure moments and unforgettable holidays.

Entering the white – washed 3 bedroom Private Villa you will see the cosy living room, with the large windows pointing to the view where the Aegean Sea merges with the blue horizon.

In the lounge, the built-in L-shaped sofa, the armchairs, the coffee table and the fireplace follow the distinctive traditional style of the house.

Right to the living room, there is the open plan kitchen along with the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for your meals.

The master bedroom has a king-size built-in bed with orthopaedic mattress and a spacious, coloured in blue–green, en-suite bathroom with large bathtub and the appropriate lavish equipment.

The private balcony of the bedroom is a comfortable outdoor seating area which offers breathtaking view to the marvellous garden and the Aegean sea.

The second bedroom is on the other side of the villa having two single built-in beds and large windows that allow the sunshine in throughout the day, as well as enjoying the same exceptional views.

The third cosy loft-style bedroom on the upper floor has one double bed and is decorated with old-fashioned furniture and traditional design. There is a door leading to the roof of the villa, where you may enjoy a 360o view of the Aegean Sea, the Akrotiri village and the gardens.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-condition units, spacious closets, dressing and bedside tables. Air-condition units are available in all areas of the villa. Central heating system and fireplace is also available for the cold winter days, as the villa is available all year.

The shared main bathroom with the traditional shower is coloured in orange tones equivalent to the natural colour of the surrounding land and inspired by the lava of the Santorini volcano. The bathroom is lavishly equipped with an old-fashioned mirror, bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, hair dryer and slippers.

Moving to the exterior area, the Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with flowers and scrubs, that faces the never-ending blue of the Aegean Sea.

A private built-in Jacuzzi, along with wooden sun loungers and umbrellas, lies in front of the house, for endless moments of relaxation and serenity.

Get a Mediterranean tan while enjoying your drink under the bright and welcoming sun or spend late night wine sessions inside the hot tub under the moonlight and the stars.

On the right side of the villa, a shaded lounge area under a wooden pergola with comfortable seating set and BBQ overlooking the unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea stimulate the guests to "savour" moments and create memories. Live the magical experience of comfort, luxury, and relaxation treating yourself a barbecue night under the starry clear sky!

The villa offers absolute privacy as it cannot be overlooked from the nearby properties, due to its carefully selected and one level up from the road placement and its very design.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Penny (the owner) a message.

If Penny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
