Located in Aventuras Akumal, 2.7 miles south from Akumal Bay, U-Nah-Kin (Sun's House in Mayan) is a 4 condo building placed just in front of one of the most beautiful beaches of Akumal area. This white sandy beach is also one of the most visited by the turtles in the nesting season.

Our unit is located on the second floor. It offers a cozy veranda from where one can enjoy the beautiful sea view - sunsets are included! It also has a convenient spiral staircase which leads you directly to the sand on the beach.

With 1 bedroom (1-2 guests) or 2 bedrooms (3-4 guests) and one futon in the living area, this condo can accommodate from 1 to 5 guests. Both bedrooms have windows towards the ocean side, so you will be able to enjoy the breeze in every corner of the condo. The condo is fully equipped: air conditioned bedrooms, Internet connection and satellite TV, Kayak, Hammock, BBQ grill, and parking lot.

Daily sunrise and sunset views are included!

Akumal is a small resort community with spectacular sandy white beaches, swaying palms and sun. Nonetheless it is a small village, it counts with all kind of services. Has long been a secret getaway, discovered only by those who dared to travel down the coastline in search of adventure. If you like snorkeling, you will find superb spots everywhere.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Felipe (the owner) a message.

If Felipe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
