If your looking for a remarkable vacation experience in the Riviera Maya, You found it !!!

The Riviera Maya is one of the most beautiful paradises in Mexico, approximately 65 minutes south from Cancun. Our brand new condo is located in a safe and secure gated community within the huge Grand Bahia Principe Golf development which consists of four 5 Star resort hotels that you will have FREE ACCESS to all the resort amenities Bahia Principe has to offer including 7 georgeous pools, daily activities, endless amounts of pristine, beaches with plenty of loungers to soak up the sun and go for a dip. From our condo, a shuttle (listed in the pictures) runs approximately every 20 minutes to and from different areas of the resort from 8am to 4pm and among the hotels until midnight. We do recommend a rental car but is not nescessary to access the surrounding areas and excursions such as,

XEL-HA. 5 minutes

AKUMAL 5 minutes

XPUHA. 10 minutes

TULUM. 15 minutes

PLAYA DEL CARMEN. 25 minutes

XCARET. 35. minutes

COBA. 45 minutes

A little about our Luxury 1 bedroom condo (Terrazas D-8) It is 895sq ft and is tastefully decorated with everything you need including, USB charging station,coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, linens, etc. To help enjoy your holiday. The master bedroom has a top of the line king size bed, bathroom and plenty of storage with a lockable safe.. The living room has a comfortable couch that easily converts into a Queen size bed, beautiful granite kitchen, gas stove, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Hi-Speed Wifi, living room and bedroom have there own quiet air conditioner's. The outside patio has table and chairs complete with umbrella on a 180sq ft deck overlooking the best views of the common area , golf course, and delightful pool. Our condo is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access and free parking. Facing the 7th hole of the magnificent Riviera Maya Golf Club, high enough to get the ocean breezes rolling through the condo.

One of the best features of renting our condo , you will have the option to purchase an All-inclusive bracelet for the days you just want to hang out around the resort for a discounted rate which would include unlimited alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages and as much as you can eat at the 9 restaurants (buffet style) and 12 bars offered throughout the Bahia Principe Resort.($60USD pp)

If golf is on your "to do list" Guests who book there holiday through us are entitled to 50% off the green fees! Which range from $45 USD to $115 USD depending on the time of year. The Riviera Maya Golf Club designed by Robert Trent Jones || is an exquisite and challenging 27 hole ( PGA Style) golf course. The grounds are manicured to perfection. Each hole has magnificent views and an abundance of friendly wildlife. Golf carts are equipped with GPS. Trust me, you will be pleasantly surprised !!!

I have hired a management company who will be looking after you during your stay. Darren and or Manuel will answer any questions you may have 24/7 to get the most out of your vacation. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is a washer and dryer available for your convienance or you can let Darren or Manuel know you require housekeeping for an extra charge, and they will be happy to accommodate you.

How do damage deposits work?
