Constructed in 2016, Casa Carmen is a spectacular, architect-designed house incorporating many local materials; creating a luxurious and elegant self-catering holiday experience.

Ideal for a family or family and friends to share, the house is arranged over three floors.

At street level there is a large open plan living area with sitting room, including wood burning fireplace, kitchen area, dining area and covered, arched, terrace with views over the open countryside. There is also a separate cloakroom with WC.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and a spacious shared terrace providing open views to the surrounding countryside

Downstairs is a children’s play area and TV with DVD player. There are glass doors off to a patio and covered, arched terrace with its own pool. There are also two bedrooms with shared bathroom and a utility room with washing machine and sink. Under the arched terrace is an outside shower which doubles as a paddling pool for small children

The house is equipped with the latest aerothermic heating and cooling system which provides a comfortable indoor temperature all year round. In the summer the radiators can provide air conditioning and in winter heating - all controlled thermostatically. The kitchen is equipped with all new Bosch appliances including; dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a radio, cd player which allows blue-tooth access so you can stream music or play programming from your own internet connected device

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anthony (the owner) a message.

    If Anthony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
