the popular legend that the chemist was built by the monks of Paular says. It is located in a privileged place at the gates of the National Park of Guadarrama. House Pharmaceutical was acquired by its current owners in 2006 and after 2 years of rehabilitation respecting the nobility of its materials in which wood is one of the main characters, a perfect, quiet and cozy space was achieved with all comfort. We are now very proud to offer the Pharmaceutical House to enjoy the tranquility of nature with family or friends, as we did. The house has 2 floors; on the ground floor is a large living room with fireplace, a bathroom, and a large kitchen with all appliances, fireplace and dining table for 12 people, and the first floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 with bed and bathroom included, 1 triple room (3 single beds), 1 double room (2 twin beds) which can become triple with an extra bed and a bathroom. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed extends occupancy to 12 people. The house is surrounded by a garden to enjoy the outdoors. The spacious and good location enjoy various places for peace of mind, games, talk shows or sit and relax in the tranquility of this little corner of the Sierra Norte de Madrid, with Peñalara background. The environment offers many possibilities, hiking in the mountains, horseback riding, canoes and kayaks in the reservoir of Pinilla (Lozoya) the natural pools of Las Presillas (Rascafría), visit the Valley of the Neanderthals (in Pinilla del Valle) or enjoy winter sports in Valdesquí stations and Navafría.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Enrique (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
