This modern townhouse with private pool is located at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in Alaro and welcomes 8 persons.

This beautiful house has a private saltpool with a size of 4m x 2.5m and a depth of 1.5m. After a refreshing swim you can take a shower outside or relax on one of the four beach chairs, maybe with a good book. The pool has no lights but the patio itself is illuminated at night. The porch of the pool is furnished and invites to barbecue. This beautiful house is located in the village of Alaró and is surrounded by some direct neighbours.

From the patio you have access to the bright living room with air conditioning, where you can watch a movie with the children on the satellite television, read a book next to the wood stove or have extensive conversations. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob, and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. As well, on this floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, and a bedroom with two single beds with fan and a bathroom with shower.

A staircase lead you to the first floor, where you can find three bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, one of them with their own bathroom with shower. There is also a separate bathroom with shower. The bedroom with his own bathroom has a coat rack and wooden bedside tables which are made by the owner. The living room of this floor invites you to relax and have access to a furnished terrace, perfect for a glass of wine in the afternoon. All rooms are designed with style and the highlight is the modern floor of tile. If you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and high chair. Three radiators and heaters for the bathrooms make that this house can be rented in the winter as well.

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana. After a good glass of wine and a nice dinner you don´t have to take the car to get home, you can walk because the house is located in the village. Alaró is famous for its castle and a nice route can take you there. Apart from this, the area is great for biking or walking and as well for visiting the little village of Orient, the church of Valldemossa or the picturesque village of Deia. In Alaro there is a grocery store, some good restaurants and cafés.

Regarding to the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, like Palma beach, with fine sand, or rocky coves of the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia. By car you can go to the part of the south-west and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island you will find amusement parks like Katmandu and a forest acrobatic course like Jungle Parc Junior.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
