Villa Claudia si trova in posizione collinare nei pressi di Alba Adriatica, in Abruzzo, con vista sul Mare Adriatico.

Le spiagge di Alba Adriatica distano solamente circa 5 minuti d'auto, spiagge con sabbia e bassi fondali ideali per famiglie e bambini. Il lungomare di Alba Adriatica è costeggiato da pinete, palme e da una pista ciclabile chiamata 'Corridoio Verde Adriatico' che collega il tratto da Martinsicuro a Cologna Spiaggia, una frazione di Roseto degli Abruzzi. Nel lungomare ci sono bar, chalet e ristoranti per trascorrere piacevoli giornate in riva al mare.

Altre rinomate località balneari della zona sono Giulianova , Martinsicuro e Tortoreto, in cui si trova anche un parco acquatico per una giornata all'insegna del divertimento. Inoltre è possibile raggiungere facilmente la famosa 'Riviera delle Palme' di San Benedetto del Tronto, situata nella vicina regione Marche, e visitare famose città del sud delle Marche come Ascoli Piceno, Offida e Ripatransone.

A circa un'ora d'auto gli amanti della natura possono godersi i panorami del Parco Nazionale del Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga, con itinerari tra borghi storici e natura per passeggiate ed escursioni in mountain bike.

La villa è circondata da un ampio giardino con vista panoramica sul Mare Adriatico.

Il portico attrezzato con tavolo e sedie è ideale per mangiare comodamente all'aperto ed è collegato all'area giorno della villa. Nel giardino vi sono inoltre spazi ombreggiati da ombrelloni con divanetti, tavoli e sedie, per godere completamente dell'aria aperta.

La piscina di grandi dimensioni dispone anche di un'area circolare con seduta, adatta anche a bambini. L'area piscina è attrezzata con lettini, sdraio, sedie e tavolinetti all'ombra di una tenda a vela.

La proprietà è recintata e si accede alla proprietà mediante cancello automatico. Vi è un comodo pergolato per parcheggiare al termine del vialetto d'accesso. Villa Claudia è disposta su due piani e può ospitare fino a 8 persone.

Il piano terra è composto da:

– un soggiorno con divani, TV, caminetto e tavolo da pranzo, un ambiente molto luminoso e panoramico grazie alle ampie vetrate che si affacciano sul giardino;

– una cucina completamente attrezzata con forno, frigo-congelatore, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane, bollitore;

– un bagno di servizio.

La zona notte si trova al primo piano, composto da:

– una camera matrimoniale con vista sul mare, con bagno en-suite con doccia;

– una camera matrimoniale con bagno en-suite con doccia;

– una camera matrimoniale;

– una camera con due letti singoli;

– un bagno con vasca da bagno.

La villa è dotata di aria condizionata e zanzariere alle finestre.

Al piano seminterrato è presente un piccolo locale lavanderia accessibile dall’esterno con lavatrice e lavandino.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
