Casa Badinot is a country house for touristic rent, an oasis of serenity where appreciate your Langhe experience.

Access to the house is easy: along via Romino you get to number 5, then enter into a grassy courtyard surrounded by trees, paved with stone, safe, because closed by a gate. There's free parking inside the courtyard.
The house is very close to Alba (less than 10 minutes by car), Barolo (15 minutes). The hilly landscape around overlooking the city of Alba and the villages of Diano d'Alba and Rodello.
The area offers the best food and wine of Piedmont, like fine wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, the white truffle of Alba, the NUT "Tonda Gentile" (finest quality in the world).
At the house you will find brochure breaking information for cultural activities, food and wine celebrations, maps for orientation...
The house is equipped with :
- 2 BEDROOMS : the BLUE room one has a double bed 181x200 cm. And there's the possibility to add a single bed or a cot (it's a big room); the romantic IVORY room has a double bed 160x200 cm.
- DINING ROOM with a big marble table with 6 chairs, 5-fired stove top, fridge+freezer, oven, radio, washing machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave...
- LIVING ROOM with a comfortable leather sofa, fireplace, tasting corner, hi fi and TV with digital and satellite channels from GER, AUT, FRA, CH, ENG, ITA
- BATHROOM with a large shower, bidet, hair dryer, bath products...
..There are pots and pans, blender, italian and american coffee machines. In the pantry you will find food to welcome: for BREAKFAST: coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, homemade jam...
FOR ANOTHER MEAL: pasta, tomato sauce, olive oil, tuna, bread sticks...
Potable WATER is good to drink, there is also a sodastream system.
Free wi fi in the whole house.
Home also offers:
- VEGETABLES GARDEN to gather what the land offers in that season. There are a lot of aromatic herbs: rosemary, sage, mint, thyme, basil... and some fruit trees: cherry, olive, fig, plum tree, little plum..
- huge PRIVATE PARK for romantic walks through pines, oaks, birches, walnut trees. If you are lucky, you can see roes, foxes, squirrels, boars...
- PRIVATE LAWN, adjacent to the dining room, large and closed, where children and pets can play safely. There's also all you need for a BBQ!
In the evening the garden is discreetly illuminated by two old lamps and in this suggestive location you can dine outside, enjoy the silence, the freshness of the evening and the stars, far from the traffic of the city. The crickets will accompany your chats...
SHOPS for grocery and pharmacy are close (less than 1 km)
The house is surrounded by wineyards and woods, your privacy will not be disturbed!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1) the bed in the green room is 120 cm large; the bed in blue room is 160 cm large. If your group is composed by 2 couples, the green room is good for thin/normal bodies or for a couple really involved in love :-).. Anyhow, there's the possibility to include an additional single bed or/and a cot in the blue room.
2) the bedrooms and the bathroom are sited at first floor.
3) During the Fall/Winter season (from 15th October to 30th April) it might be necessary to switch on the heating; in that case the rate for the gas will be fixed with the owner with a consumption-based pricing.

1 grande cucina/sala da pranzo comprensiva di tutte le dotazioni ed elettrodomestici (anche la lavatrice), un ampio tavolo con 6 posti a sedere;
1 salotto con divano in pelle, caminetto, tv digitale e satellitare, stereo, angolo degustazione vini;
2 camere da letto, complete di biancheria, di cui una blu, più grande, con letto matrimoniale e un terzo letto addizionale (o lettino per bambini). La camera verde è più piccola e romantica, con un letto largo 120 cm, ideale per una coppia molto affiatata :-) o per i bambini;
1 BAGNO completo di wc, bidet, doccia, asciugacapelli, prodotti da bagno;
1 ORTO e ALBERI DA FRUTTA coltivati senza pesticidi e anticrittogamici dove raccogliere quello che la terra offre nella stagione di accesso;
1 PARCO privato dove fare romantiche passeggiate immersi nella natura;
1 PRATO privato, adiacente la sala da pranzo, grande e chiuso, dove far giocare bambini e animali al sicuro dai pericoli;

La sera si può cenare fuori per poi godere del silenzio, della frescura della sera e delle stelle, lontani dal traffico; due lampioni antichi illumineranno con discrezione la suggestiva location e i grilli accompagneranno le vostre chiacchierate
