Our house is located 20 minutes from Alba Mango, and is a typical farmhouse surrounded by vineyards with magnificent views of the Langhe. And 'the ideal place to relax, explore the main attractions Unesco tasting wines and local produce. Ideal for families, couples or groups. The Salt Holiday Home is a typical residence in completely renovated with charm Langa stone; It is on two floors with a large living room with panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding vineyards of Muscat, a sofa bed for two people, a large fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hob induction , coffee machine, kettle; a bathroom with shower; upstairs further open plan lounge with sofa bed that can accommodate two people, two bedrooms both with double bed, a cot for a child and second bathroom with shower. It comfortably sleeps six / eight people. The house exterior has a private courtyard and a porch where you can enjoy the refreshment of nature, and you can taste the wines and typical products of the outdoor area and in total peace. The location is ideal to see the beautiful hills, the beautiful vineyards and explore Alba and its surroundings. For guests: barbecue, heating, hot water, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, dishwasher, selection of teas and coffee, iron, laundry room with washing machine, shower, towels, sheets, parking private, outdoor tables and chairs. We are at guests' disposal for suggestions and needs. Tourist opportunities: The Truffle Fair with its food and wine is held every year from October 1 until the end of November in the Langhe Heritage Site. This event, which boasts thousands of visitors each year, is famous all over the world and my home is in the middle of these beautiful hills. The house is not far from the main attractions of the UNESCO Heritage, restaurants and renowned wineries. In about 'you drive half an hour you can reach Alba, Pollenzo, La Morra. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
