Es una casa individual con 1.000 metros de parcela con bosque natural de madroño,pino y encina ,con vistas preciosas y piscina privada , tres habitaciones , dos baños y cocina incorporada a salón con chimenea y grandes ventanales para disfrutar del paisaje desde su interior .En la urbanización está el lago Bolarque 30 km navegables e impresionantes y pintorescos paisajes .

La casa está situada en urbanización privada con pistas de padel,tenis ,columpios .Tambien hay rutas de senderismo marcadas preciosas .

Dispone de gran porche con magnifica barbacoa y fregadero .El pueblo de Albalate de Zorita está a 2 km de la casa .

Existe la posibilidad de adaptar un sillon cama adicional para dos plazas mas.

Se solicitaran 150 € en concepto de fianza el dia de la entrada que se reintegraran el dia de salida una vez realizada revision del correcto estado de la casa y cumplimiento de normas.
