Villa Lavandin has been inspired by the French country style holiday homes, where the simple living perfectly combines modern technology with rustic furniture and greatly complements the rural daily life. In this newly build rental home you will find all the best from past and present. Being so close to Albena resort, it makes it easy to pop into a shop, go to the beach, eat out in the evening, as frankly you might not be willing to go out of the villa at all.

The ground floor living room is spread out on more than 50 sq. m and combines an entrance hall, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Kitchen is fully fitted with refrigerator with freezer, oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher, extractor, el. kettle, microwave, coffee machine and blends modern features with old-fashioned decor. Lounge area - somewhere to relax with a cup of tea or coffee and a good book - it is definitely your special space to unwind or to keep the children busy with some TV channels. On the same level there is a wet room with washing machine. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms - a twin bedroom with adjacent tiny shower room opposite the corridor and en suite double bedroom - both with direct access to the patio and the swimming pool. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms located - a twin and a double one - both with private shower room. All the bedrooms are furnished with comfortable iron beds for a peaceful night sleep, loads of sweet accessories and a chandelier overhead. Every detail in Villa Lavandin is thought through to make the home as comfortable as possible.

The undercover outdoor area is divine with a stone barbecue and table with garden chairs – stylish venue for your perfect alfresco dining. Relaxing on the veranda or front porch is one of life's great joys, especially if there is a good book involved. In the BBQ area - warm in the evenings and cool in the shade - you will find your special place away from the midday sun, to relax and enjoy some quiet time when children have their late afternoon nap after the beach. If they are too excited to be put to bed, you can keep an eye on the children playing in the kids' pool from the outside covered area.

Filled with the perfume of the lavender bushes in the garden, the breeze creates the never-to-be-forgotten Villa Lavandin feel.

Notes: The two sofas in the living room are not folding. There is a folding sofa in the yellow bedroom on the ground floor where an adult or two children could be accommodated. Villa Lavandin swimming pool dimensions: 9 m in length, 5 m in width and 1,50 m in depth, with children section - 1,50 m x 5 m x 0,40 m. Villa is accessible through stairs, which might not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. There are 3-4 parking places on the street. Wi-Fi available. Fully air-conditioned property.
