Wonderfully Located! Quality Villa with Air-Conditioning, with a total of 7 beds (5 double and 2 single) 3 Bathroom Villa in the much sought-after location address in Col-du-Sac of Alto dos Calicos, very close to the heart of Albufeira old town. Within walking distance from white sandy beaches, restaurants, pubs, discos, shops, supermarkets. No car is needed for a great family vacation. Includes a Welcome Pack (see details below)

Fully furnished with a total of 7 beds (5 double and 2 single) 3-bathroom villa with private swimming pool, pool table, table football, BBQ and garage on a very quiet and central place. It´s within walking distance (10/15 minutes through a beautiful green park) to old town and fisherman's or tunnel beach, just a short drive to the Algarve Shopping Center where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cinemas.

The villa is facing South and offers sun all day long, so take advantage of the sunny terraces, take a fresh drink or a refreshing swim in the combined spacious and comfortable swimming pool area, equipped with Cable TV, big screen TV, overlooking the pool and terrace with outdoor BBQ. Enjoy also the Pool table and table football.

We also offer free Wi-Fi high speed internet. We also have a private/covered car parking space in the villa.

Embrace the vibrant night life in the old town (10 minutes walking through a beautiful green park) with wonderful fish and meat restaurants and plenty of live music in most of the pubs. Not far (5-10 minutes driving) you will find the Algarve shopping or the famous local chicken piri-piri restaurants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pedro (the owner) a message.

If Pedro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
