Mediterranean style villa surrounded by greenery, 100 meters from the sea, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Castellammare del Golfo with spacious, shaded terraces and comfortable interior make it an ideal home for a beach holiday in all seasons. The villa comprises on the ground floor of a large and fully equipped kitchen, adjoining there is a courtyard used for lunch / dinner area with sea views, a very large living room with fireplace, sofas, sofa bed and TV, 2 large bedrooms matrimonili , a bathroom with shower. On the second floor is a double bedroom with sloping ceilings, a sitting room / bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The garden, and a covered outdoor patio overlooking the sea, allows you to enjoy the superb location provides plenty of space for relaxing, sunbathing or arrange a nice barbecue with friends. In front yard full advantage of outdoor barbecue area, outdoor shower with hot water and parking for your car. The ideal solution for you, for your family or for a vacation with friends. The beach is easily accessible on foot at a distance of 50 meters. The villa is strategically situated between the large beach of Alcamo Marina and Castellammare del Golfo. It is located 16 km from the Faraglioni of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve; 20 km from the archaeological site of Segesta, 45km from the city of Trapani and 50 km from Palermo. Easily reachable from Trapani and Palermo airports (both 25 km)

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

    If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
