La Villa Tommaso Maruggi, ristrutturata nel 2021, è l'ideale per chi vuole passare una vacanza in completo relax, immerso nella natura e a pochissimi minuti dal mare. La villa è di mq 180 ed è composta da un piano terra con soggiorno, cucina, bagno con doccia, ampia veranda e da un piano primo con 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, 2 stanze da letto con due letti singoli e due bagni con doccia idromassaggio; tutte le stanze hanno inoltre una vista sull' incantevole e verde bosco circostante ampio circa mq. 2.000 arricchito da alberi secolari.

LA VILLA E' DOTATA DI UNA MERAVIGLIOSA PISCINA CON ZONA IDROMASSAGGIO E VASCA IDROMASSAGGIO CON ACQUA CALDA, POSIZIONATA SU UN GRANDE PRATO ERBOSO CON VISTA MOZZAFIATO SUL MARE

Ha una bella vista sul golfo di Castellammare e un accesso scala indipendente. La casa è arredata, dotata di aria condizionata, lavatrice, cucina, stoviglie, forno, frigo, tv, ferro e asse da stiro, sdraio, tavoli e sedie per esterno, barbecue. Dista mt. 700 dal Viale Europa (strada principale di Alcamo) e a mt. 500 dal supermercato, bar, panificio, farmacia, etc.

The wonderful Villa Maruggi , renovated in 2021, is the perfect location for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday , surrounded by nature and at the same time a few minutes from the sea .The Villa Maruggi, (large about 180 square meters) consists of a ground floor with a living room, kitchen , bathroom with shower, large veranda and a first floor with 2 double bedrooms , 2 room with two single bed and and 2 bathroom with hydromassage shower; all rooms also have a view on ' charming and green woods large approx . 2,000 square meters that is enriched with secular trees .It has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Castellammare and a separate access scale .

THE VILLA IS EQUIPPED WITH A WONDERFUL SWIMMING POOL WITH A WHIRLPOOL AREA AND WITH HOT WATER WHIRLPOOL BATH, LOCATED ON A LARGE GRASSY LAWN WITH A BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE SEA

Swimming pool for the exclusive use of the guests of the Villa.

The house is equipped with air conditioning , washing machine , kitchen , dishes, microwave , refrigerator, TV , iron and ironing board , beach chairs , tables and chairs , barbecue It's 700 away from Viale Europa ( main street of Alcamo ) and 500 mt away from the supermarket , bar , bakery, pharmacy , etc.

    Grazie mille Debora per il tuo feedback! Siamo contenti che il soggiorno sia andato per il meglio e che la Villa sia stata all'altezza delle Vostre aspettative. Per quanto riguarda il check-in avete ragione... tuttavia la Villa è molto grande e di conseguente molte le cose da spiegare!! Cercheremo di alleggerire quanto possibile anche il contratto, con l'obbiettivo sempre di tutelare sia gli ospiti che i proprietari. Vi facciamo ancora tanti tanti auguri per il Vostro lieto evento!     How do damage deposits work?
