Rent a luxurios Villa in Portugals Heartland

For rent Villa. (See Photos) Large family living / dining room, two bedrooms. For each bedroom is fitted a delightfully appointed bathroom (Wet Room) with individual fan heater & Extractor.Each bedrooms are fully air Conditioned, fully fitted double wardrobes, Each bedroom has a separate exit. You can rent the entire Villa for 80 euros per night or rent only the living room and one bedroom. for 50 euros per night. The whole Villa and can accommodate 7 sleeping guests it is newly constructed and you can be the first guest to reside there. Located in 8,000 sq m, a clean peaceful area surrounded by multiple vineyards cherry orchards, and eucalyptus forests. The Villa is overlooked by the famous Montijunto Mountain and wildlife reserve. The nearest village is 4 km away, and the Silence is only interrupted by bird song. Located at the centre of the Villa is a Large enclosed pool 12m x 6m with Roman End steps, salt water NO added chemicals all the pool is computer controlled and also the Ph Level 7,2. Is controlled by the Pools in built computer controlled sanitary system, so be assured of hygienic swimming conditions in fact the pool salt level is less than you will find in a ‘Human Tear Drop’.For Health & safety reasons minors or non-swimmers are not allowed inside the pool enclosure without being accompanied by a responsible Adult. Directly outside the Pool is the Pool hardwood Decking area and gardens where sun loungers are available free of charge to paying Guests to soak up the Rays. The Villa “Casal do Pinue” is located in the centre of the country. Convenient to travel anywhere. e.g 60km from Lisbon. 20 or 30 minutes drive to some of the worlds most beautifully breathtaking beaches and nearer countryside, Nazare and the beach when during the early season you can see the surfers attempting to surf the worlds largest waves in excess of 100 Ft high (highest wave recorded 110’high (Awesome to see)

Back to the Villa, there is a covered outdoor bar area (All beverages are charged at the same rates as the local bars with No Premium Prices) there is also a confortable covered Bar seating area for total relaxation located on the Bar Patio Area overlooking the pool where you can have a quiet drink or perhaps listen to your favourite music or perhaps sample some Portuguese traditional Fado music.

There is also a very convenient outdoor BBQ area located on the Master Villa Kitchen Patio with extendable sun Awning Tables and chairs and can freely be used by Guests. Drinks can also be served in this area. There are also two large grassed areas in front of the Master Villa where kids can practice their sports all day long should they wish.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Lucy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
