Description

Direct sea facing spacious top floor apartment overlooking the beach, the sea, moot green and children's boating pond. Exceptional location - privacy with private access. Tranquility and peace on the prime sea front of Aldeburgh. Situated in the heart of town in a peaceful location yet within yards of the shops, cinema, the bookshop,Jubilee Hall, the cafes, restaurants and pubs.Comfortable and spotless - ideal for walking, cycling, music, cuisine, birdwatching and all the joys that Aldeburgh has to offer. Annual music , poetry, documentary film festivals and theatre. Near to National Trust and English Heritage sites.

Note - lettings are Saturday to Saturday due to cleaner availability - three day lettings are any time but cannot straddle a Saturday.

Snape with shops and world famous concert hall a short drive away.

The self contained flat consists of the entire top floor of Dial House - so named because of its sundial, a Georgian house overlooking the Moot green. Two bedrooms, one double and one very large bedroom with two single beds and quiet sea view seating area. There is a single put me up bed than can be added to the bedroom or elsewhere to sleep another if required. Large family bathroom with bath and walk in shower

Large living room and a small galley kitchen adjacent to the dining table and area in the sitting area overlooking the sea for convenient dining.

Up-to-date electric, thermostatically controlled central heating( included in rent) and hot water.

Parking in our private garage can be arranged on request depending on availability at no extra cost.

Remember to bring duvet covers & sheets & towels as not provided but if you forget or live overseas we can sometimes help! Check out 11.0 am

check in 1 pm onwards.

Minimum letting three nights - price per night is 25% of the weekly rate per night and generally only available in low seasons - but do ask!

Note - adults only respite appartment - no children policy due to noise of running jumping etc above owners main house. In deference to other tenants no pets are allowed. This is a nonsmoking flat.

“Great location”

Dial Flat is perfectly located, with a lovely sea view but also just off the High Street and so convenient for trips for groceries etc, as well as the cinema, bookshop and eateries. It was very peaceful even at this busy time of year, over Christmas, and the availability of the garage was really appreciated as the parking around Aldeburgh was getting quite tight. The Flat was clean, warm, comfortable and surprisingly spacious but the cleaning firm being employed does lack an attention to detail and there were a few used items left by previous occupants which really ought to have been removed. We would gladly return to Dial Flat when we get the opportunity.

How do damage deposits work?
