Hibiscus Family Villa is a modern 4 bedroom villa situated on a small development on the outskirts of the quiet village of Alethriko, yet only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Larnaca city.

All equipment, furnishings and linen are of a high standard and the villa will be thoroughly cleaned for your arrival. All in all the villa offers the facilities and setting needed for a fantastic and unforgettable holiday.

There is a shaded dining area outside that includes a full size dart board to enjoy, as well as an Xbox video game console and a selection of indoor games for all ages.

Suitable for adults and families, the grounds of the villa are totally enclosed.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar.

Patio doors lead to the rear terrace and pool. Also provided is an iPod docking station, Blu-Ray & DVD player, and a large selection of films, books and board games.

The villa also benefits from fly screens on all sliding windows and doors together with black-out blinds.

Hairdryers are provided in the master and double bedroom. Alarm clocks/radios are present in all bedrooms.

Pool towels and all linens are provided and included in the rental price.

A travel cot and high chair are provided.

Information in the villa includes comprehensive guides on places to visit, activities, and directions to local restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, and pharmacy.

Thank you for your review of our villa. We are delighted that you found it to be so well equipped and that our Property Manager was so helpful. The description on the web sites describes accurately the local area and what facilities are in the village. We have many guests that return to the village every year to enjoy the peace and quiet and fully understand from reading the web site description that it is necessary to hire a car. Our Property Manager, Angela, visited you the morning after you arrived to give you assistance if you had any queries or difficulties. You told her that you had worked everything out and were happy with everything. If you had mentioned the air conditioning to her she would have shown you how it worked. Additionally, full air conditioning operating instructions are clearly displayed in the folder in the villa and if you had read them would have seen that the bedrooms have 6 hour controls and not 2 hours. Angela did also advise you during her Meet and Greet visit to contact her if you needed any help which you did when you wanted to know where to refill the water cooler bottle. We have had groups of 10 guests on several occasions staying in the villa and never found the area around the pool to be an issue, but obviously anyone with young children has to be especially vigilant around water.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
