Villa Pasithea, (named after the Greek Goddess of rest and relaxation), offers you the chance of complete rest and relaxation in a very homely atmosphere in a small village. The villa sleeps 8 within the 4 bedrooms and has a private pool. Furnished to a high standard with local furnishings and fittings to fully compliment the overall style of the villa and enhance your Cyprus holiday experience. All bedrooms have balconies and either pool view or views of the valley. Located on a small estate perfectly positioned to enjoy the stunning views and tranquility of the quiet and traditional village of Alethriko. Just a short walk will take you to the local Taverna which offers local and international cuisine in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Supermarkets etc nearby and just 15 minutes drive to the town of Larnaca where you will find a wide variety of restaurants and great shopping. Including the new Metropolis Mall. Culture history and sandy beaches. Villa Pasithea offers the perfect combination to ensure a perfect holiday.

To enable you to start your holiday from the minute you arrive, a grocery welcome pack is available. List the items of your choice i.e. water, milk, bread, butter, cereal, fruit, eggs, fruit juice, tea, coffee, beer, wine etc. and they will be in the villa waiting for you.Your holiday starts from the minute you arrive.

Our property manager who is English lives nearby and is on hand to help and advise on local tips and directions. She will meet you the day after you arrive to give local information. Maps and guide books are provided in the villa.

OWNER PROFILE:

Pasithea is the Greek Goddess of rest and relaxation, which is why we chose the name for our lovely villa. What could be more appropriate! Villa Pasithea is owned by two English couples, Venetia and Rick Peet, and Carol Rowe and Chris Bradshaw, who all live and work in Hampshire. We are very proud of our beautiful Villa in Alethriko, and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Alethriko is a lovely and peaceful village, and is only a 15 minute drive from Larnaka International Airport. There are excellent local tavernas and a well-stocked supermarket is only 5 minutes drive away. Villa Pasithea is ideally sited to visit Larnaca, with its excellent beaches and cosmopolitan atmosphere, and the Troodos mountains are only an hour away, and the beach resorts of Aya Napa and Protaras only 40 minutes away. Of course the wonderful Cyprus climate, with 340 sunny days a year on average, was a big factor in our decision to buy here! We know you will enjoy a relaxing stay in Villa Pasithea - it is just a great place to chill out and unwind.

A larger than average 4 bedroom villa with the great advantage of a corner position which enhances the overall design and layout of the interior.

A group of 8 people can easily enjoy the villa without it feeling crowded.

All rooms within the villa are very spacious and have been furnished to a high standard. All soft furnishings have been carefully co-ordinated and the windows and doors all have stylish black-out blinds for your comfort.

The villa is fully air conditioned with individual controls.

A pool solar cover is provided for our guests in the spring, autumn and winter months.

Villa Pasithea has landscaped gardens to the front and side and a large rear terrace with private pool.

Surrounding the pool there are sun loungers, rattan furniture and a BBQ. The rear patio and pool enjoy long days of sunshine so the private pool is a necessity. There is also a pool side shower.

Pool towels are provided and are included within the rental. A pool solar cover is provided for our guests in the spring, autumn and winter months.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carol (the owner) a message.

If Carol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
