CASA RURAL CAS CONTADOR es una bonita casa de turismo rural de reciente rehabilitacion , situada en la periferia de una pequeña poblacion para que puedas disfrutar de todas las comodidades de una construcción moderna, sin renunciar al encanto del frescor y calidez de las casas antiguas de piedra. La casa tiene dos plantas con tres apartamentos ,un baño en cada apartamento, salón y cocina, y unas maravillosas vistas al entorno natural.

Además de la vivienda dispone de jardín de 50000 m2 con una enorme piscina ( 18 m x 12 m ) , porches , pergolas y barbacoa . Incluyen ropa de cama y baño.

La planta superior, consta de dos apartamentos , uno de ellos ( APARTAMENTO S'OLIVERA ) con dos habitaciones,una con una cama de 1´80 X 2'00 CMS y sofacama para niño , la otra con sofa cama para dos personas , cocina y baño con ducha y el otro ( APARTAMENTO S' MATA )con una habitacion con cama de 1´80 X 2'00 CMS y un sofa cama para niño , cocina y Baño muy amplio.

La planta baja consta de un (APARTAMENTO ES CIRERER ) con dos habitaciones , con cama de 1´80 X 2'OO CMS y dos CAMAS DE 0,90 X 2'00 CMS ,cocina , baño con ducha y amplio salon con sofa para cuatro personas.

El otro (ALOJAMIENTO ES ROMANI.) con dos habitaciones con cama de 180 x 200 cms y 1 sofacamas dobles en el amplio salon de 45 m2 , cocina con lavavajillas y baño.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
