- The elegant Villa el Pino is located on the hills of the village of Sayalonga (Malaga), a few miles from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol. - It enjoys magnificent views, large garden with flowers and plants. It has six unique rooms with air conditioning, tastefully decorated and attending to all the details.

- For your relaxation, we have designed some nice Chill Out corners in the garden and on the poolside.

WINTER RENTAL:

- The house is available for winter rental, from October to March (up to 30 nights). Contact us for availability and price.

- Gas and electrical consumption not included during winter long term rental.

We are happy to hear that the Derrick and his family enjoyed their vacations in Villa el Pino. We are aslo grateful for the detailed review that, like the other ones, allows us to constantly improve our tourist offer. That said, it is important to point out that as his arrival, we always expressly invite our guests to contact us if there are problems (large or small) in the properties. In this way we would have had the chance of solving them during the guests stay, and not discover them after their departure. As for the bedding, it is a misunderstanding, since we leave the linen folded on the bed to ensure its perfect cleaning our international guests, who come from different countries and cultures.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rafael (the owner) a message.

If Rafael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
