Classy and gorgeous apartment decorated for our classy guests, overlooking a

Beautiful beach with a fabulous turquoise color and white sands. Complex with direct access to the beach. Capacity 5 people max, King size bed in master suite with bathroom and LCD tv 32".

WI-FI 4G (complimentary), 2 bunk beds in second bedroom, extra bathroom, equipped kitchen, Flat TV 42" with Cable, DVD player with Home Theater in living room area. Facilities in complex: sauna, 3 outdoor swimming pools with ocean view and one heated pool (available only during winter), gym, covered Barbecue shack , elevator with access to and from the building to the beach, free parking and 24 hour security. Linen provided.

Neighbor is very quiet and peaceful, one block away from grocery stores and 4 minutes by car from supermarkets. Hiking path only one step from the complex and 10 minutes walk to a secluded surfing beach.

Algarrobo is a very walkable beach town and gathers all the things to have fun; restaurants, craft fairs, horse back riding, boat rides, yet it has a peaceful touch that requires a well taken vacation.

30 minutes driving to world Heritage city "Valparaiso", 15 minutes driving to Pablo Neruda's Home in Isla Negra and 30 Minutes to City Port San Antonio which has a Shopping mall and fish market right by the shore, 25 minutes to wineries and vineyards that will blow your mind with all the amazing restaurants and wine tastings.

Ecology, recycling and saving energy is very important to me. Please note that only one set of towels and sheets will be provided if you stay is for only one week or less. If you book for more than 7 days or two weeks, two set of towels and sheets will be provided. If you want extra set of towels and sheets, additional costs will be applied. USD 20 each set of hand or shower towels. USD 30 for extra set of sheets. Please advise before arrival if you needed more sheets and towels, otherwise nobody will be available to assist you.

We provide Limited WI-FI, only 50 GB per month plan, not recommended for movie downloads or daily work on your computer (this is a holiday spot destiny). If you need to buy extra internet, the cost is $10.000 CLP (US$ 20,00 approximately for 10 GB). Please use the clothes hanger rack to dry towels out the balcony. Beach Towels are not provided. If you need to wash the towels, please buy your own individual detergent sachets from the store just a block from the complex.

If the apartment is left too messy or it would take more time than usual to clean, additional fee will apply US$30.

Lamentablemente el servicio de internet estaba recién instalado y no funcionó como la compañía nos prometió por el precio que estábamos pagando. Se lo comuniqué al huésped y el estuvo de acuerdo y entendió en su momento. Él prometió dejar un excelente comentario en esta página antes de irse del departamento., lo que está claro que no pasó. Esta actitud es debido, a que el se retiró del departamento sin avisar de los daños causados a dos artículos y cuando conversé con él al respecto, no quiso hacerse responsable ni pagar la cantidad correspondiente. Lo que entró en perdida para mi. Es una persona que no cumplió lo prometido y que tampoco se hace responsable por los daños con una pésima actitud. Además a mi me dijo que había tenido unas excelentes vacaciones y luego escribe "las peores vacaciones". Es muy poco serio y no cumplió sus promesas. Yo le brindé un excelente servicio, a lo que ya estoy acostumbrado a proveer (ver otros comentarios), pero parece que el dinero es un asunto importante para él.

Why can't I call Carlos (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Carlos (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carlos (the owner) a message.

If Carlos (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
