Apto.que offers accommodation. Decorated in a very personal and friendly manner. It is located in urb.privada 5 mnts from the beach of Getares. It is rented. Is my home the rest of the year. It is located within a urb.privada with green areas, swimming pool, soccer field and tennis court. It is a quiet neighborhood from where we have wonderful sea views, on clear days we can see Africa, Gibraltar, our Getares beach and beautiful sunrises. It is well connected (15 mnts bus) to the historical center of the cosmopolitan city of Algeciras, where you can visit the typical districts (San Isidro) and bars taste the typical Andalusian tapas (bar Chiqui, dear, Dioni, La Venencia ..) restaurants like the cottage (restaurant with excellent quality and decoration based on recycling), and the lower part of the city where is located the food market where you can buy fruit, fish, vegetables .. cool of the day. A 5 mnts walk to the beach of Getares, restaurants and bars. Where you can enjoy breakfast typical of Andalusia and place of fried fish and wonderful walks. A 20 mnts drive along our beaches of Tarifa Estrecho Natural Park and the Acorns, Bologna (Ruins Baelo Claudio), Zahara, Conil..etc a 5 mnts drive from Punta Carnero Lighthouse with spectacular views of the Strait of Gibraltar and Africa.

During his stay, I wish my guests respect and take care of my house as if it were his own. I have some simple and common standards like riding a home slippers, feeding the cat (named cuttlefish, chipi for friends ..in the case to leave it in the house), get away. Un piso muy acogedor, super equipado a 5 min de la playa, pero lo mejor es la zona comunitaria con su piscina, pista de tenis, parque infantil....

Apartamento tranquilo, limpio, Kat la propietaria muy amable. Lo único que no nos agradó fué encontrar comida en el frigorífico.La piscina de la urbanización genial.

Gracias por tu opinión. Vincen. Pero te explico tu comentario sobre la comida..Yo no alquilo un apartamento vacío e impersonal, alquilo mi propia casa, mi hogar. . Por ello el frigorífico contiene algo de mi comida, también especias, café, sal, azucar..etc lo normal en cualquier cocina de cualquier casa. Dejando el suficiente espacio para mi huésped. Un saludo!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Kat (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kat (the owner) a message.

If Kat (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
