SPRING SALE - ALL PRICES REDUCED BY 10% FOR 2023

Set in 3/4 acre of lush gardens with an olive grove and accessed via a long private drive, is this gorgeous 4 bedroom villa that sleeps 8 guests with a separate en-suite annexe that sleeps an extra 2 guests (there is an extra cost to hire the annexe). The villa has its own large freshwater pool - 13m x 6m. The shallow end is 0.8 m deep and is ideal for young children and the deep end is 1.8m deep. NO DIVING!

The villa is ideally located on the outskirts of Alghero within easy reach of local beaches and facilities and is a perfect base for families or groups of friends looking for peace and privacy but with easy access to all of Alghero's delights.

There is an summer kitchen on the outside terrace with pizza oven/barbecue, fridge, cooker and sink for total alfresco living.

We have 2 x travel cots and 2 x high chairs for babies. Please advise us if these are required?

We have the fantastic option to turn your holiday villa into your 'Private Hotel'. We can provide a Personal Chef who will do all the shopping and catering for you - including the washing up! (minimum 7 days). We can provide details and prices on request once you have booked.

There are a few House Rules to follow:

• NO SMOKING, No candles or naked flames

• Guest are required NOT to flush anything down any of the toilets except toilet paper – that means NO nappies, nappy liners, cleansing wipes, make-up wipes, cotton wool pads, sanitary products, panty-liners or kitchen paper etc.

• Use of the Air Conditioning Units is included in the rental cost of the villa, however, guests are required to turn the units OFF whilst not in residence.

• Pets are NOT allowed.

• Recycling is expected. Coloured bins are provided. Rubbish bags are to be cleared from the property daily. There are large communal bins on the road just a few meters away from the villa.

• Guests are required to clean cooking utensils and appliances as they are used i.e. oven, grill and barbecue, plus any spills that occur.

• Arrival and departure times are fixed unless prior arrangements have been made with the OWNER.

Parties and Events are forbidden without express authorisation of the owner.

The cost of the villa includes welcome pack, electricity and Air Con, cooking gas, bedlinen and towels (not pool towels), daily pool cleaning, lawns mowed twice per week and the end-of -stay cleaning fee.

The villa is yours for the duration. We are only a phone call away if there are any problems and our local representative can assist with more practical solutions. To ensure that the gardens and pool are kept in good condition, the gardener and pool maintenance person will attend during your stay. The pool is cleaned DAILY and there is a net for your use, The lawns are mowed twice a week.

Why can't I call Jacquie & M (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Jacquie & M (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jacquie & M (the owner) a message.

If Jacquie & M (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
