Grazioso e rifinitissimo con balcone vista mare. Recentemente ristrutturato, posizione centrale al 4° piano (attico) senza ascensore. Rifiniture di pregio, climatizzato. Internet WiFi.

Camera con letto matrimoniale (160 x 190 cm.) con topper memory e angolo salotto con TV Led. Bagno con doccia. Cucina. Balcone con vista mare arredato con tavolino e due sedie. Il centro storico è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Le spiagge in pochi minuti di bicicletta attraverso la pista ciclabile del lungomare Barcellona. Tutti i principali servizi disponibili nelle vicinanze.

Cucina completa di piano cottura a gas con forno elettrico, forno a microonde, frigorifero, freezer, caffettiera a cialde e tradizionale, bollitore, toaster e stoviglie. Bagno rivestito in resina con doccia, bidet, phon, piastra per capelli. Lavatrice, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro. TV 32" a LED. Completo di biancheria da letto, bagno e cucina, teli mare con borsa ed ombrellone. In caso di pioggia nessuna preoccupazione: abbiamo pensato anche all'ombrello. Internet WiFi con traffico gratuito incluso pari a 1 GB al giorno. L'utilizzo è consentito solo per la normale navigazione (surfing). Non è consigliabile il download nè l'utilizzo con NETFLIX, SPOTFY, YOU TUBE ed altri

Gli ospiti con a seguito l'auto, prima del check-out, possono conferire i rifiuti, sino al 30 settembre, utilizzando le "ISOLE ECOLOGICHE ITINERANTI" dalle ore 8 alle ore 13, così ubicate: LUNEDI', GIOVEDI' e SABATO Viale Europa angolo Via Baleari; MARTEDI' e MERCOLEDI' Piazzale della Pace. Si prega di prendere visione del calendario lasciato a disposizione all'interno dell'appartamento. La mancata osservanza è punita con una sanzione amministrativa da 25 a 500 € (delibera del comune di Alghero).

- I rifiuti devono essere rimossi prima del check-out; verranno addebitati 10 €. per ciascuna frazione non conferita.

- E' vietato lasciare residui di cibo/bevande anche se in confezioni integre; in caso di inosservanza verranno addebitati 25 €.

- E' obbligatorio pulire, prima del check-out, tutti i piatti, bicchieri, stoviglie, pentole, ecc... che sono state utilizzate durante il soggiorno. In caso contrario verranno richiesti 50 €. per la pulizia supplementare.

- In caso di eventuali macchie presenti sulla biancheria o sui tessuti di arredo o sulle superfici, provocate dall'utilizzo di creme solari, prodotti per la pelle, prodotti per il maquillage o altri prodotti chimici, che non possano essere eliminate con il normale lavaggio e che ne determineranno la sostituzione sarà richiesto un rimborso di: €. 5 per ogni capo di biancheria da bagno e cucina; €. 10 per le federe dei cuscini; €. 25 per lenzuola e copriletto; €. 50 per il rivestimento delle poltrone, divani, panche, ecc.. presenti nell'arredo della terrazza.

- E' vietato introdurre animali di qualsiasi taglia; in caso di inosservanza verranno addebitati 200 €. per bonifica e sanificazione.

- E' vietato fumare all'interno dell'abitazione; ai trasgressori verranno addebitati 200 €. per bonifica e sanificazione.

- E' vietato organizzare feste o eventi; ai trasgressori verranno addebitati 500 €.

- In caso di danneggiamento dei telecomandi verrà richiesto un rimborso di 50€. a telecomando danneggiato.

- Per il check-in oltre le 22,30 ed entro le 00,00 sono richiesti 15,00 €. Oltre la mezzanotte potrebbe non essere garantito il check-in.
