BEDROOMS

- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

- AC and TV are offered in all rooms.

- Attached bathrooms are provided in 3 of the rooms.

- All rooms have double-sized beds.

- Balconies are offered in the rooms on the first floor.

BATHROOMS

- There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.

- There is 1 common powder room.

- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

- Indoor, as well as outdoor showers, are offered in the attached bathrooms on the ground floor.

COMMON AREAS

- The living area seats 16 people comfortably and offers AC.

- There is an 8-seater dining table.

- There is a lawn with seating for up to 30 people. It is equipped with swings and several other garden furnishings.

- There is a gazebo and a garden umbrella for shade.

- There is a private swimming pool with pool floats, games and loungers.

- The pool is 4.75 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN

- The kitchen may be used for elaborate cooking.

- The kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, mixer-grinder, griller, sandwich-maker, electric kettle, microwave, water-purifier and a refrigerator.

FOOD

- A chef can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 5500 per day for up to 12 guests. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals, the payment for which can be made at the property.

- Guests are requested to convey at least 24 hours prior to the check-in if they wish to opt for the in-house meal package.

- Barbecue meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 788 per person, per meal.

- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.

- Guests may also eat out in nearby restaurants.

- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- Guests can indulge in the local fare at nearby restaurants, however, please check the timings given the prevalent lockdown rules.

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to any shared amenities.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We can provide accommodation for 8 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES

Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, or play indoor games like tennis, chess, badminton, cards, or other board games and outdoor games. Guests can enjoy a long, soothing soak in the jacuzzi. Swing to your heart’s content and relive childhood memories or simply relax in the garden under the shade. Guests can also admire the coconut and mango orchards.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

- The steam room can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per hour.

- Jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost Rs. 1000 per hour.

- Male and female masseurs can be arranged for massages at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour.

- For bookings that exceed 7 days, guests will also have to bear the electricity cost in addition to the rent.

- In case of power outage, there is a generator and inverter available. If the guest wishes to use the generator for backup, an additional diesel cost (as per actuals) will be charged separately.

- The washing machine can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per load.

- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!

- There are CCTV cameras installed in the outdoor areas for security purposes.

- This property is not suitable for pets.

- In case of a power outage, a generator and an inverter are available in the villa. The additional cost of Rs. 600 per hour for diesel, after the first day, will have to be borne by the guests.

- Guests will have to make arrangements for additional groceries themselves. The caretaker will not be able to help source the same.

- In case the guests need anything except groceries, the caretaker will go to the local market once a day to source the supplies.

- Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season.

- Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
