Beautiful apartment right in the heart of Alicante. The apartment has been just renovated and everything is new. It has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, the other with two singe beds), one bathroom, and a living room with a beautiful open kitchen. The living room has a balcony, with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a nice view of the castle, the old quarter and the sea.

The apartment is in a perfect location in downtown Alicante. You can walk:

- 8 minutes to the beach, through the beautiful old quarter.

- 2 minutes to the Central Market, with local fresh fish and veggies.

- 1 minute to the tram, which can take you to many nice beaches.

- Literally tens of restaurants and bars within 5 minutes’ walk.

The apartment has all the amenities to make you feel at home: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, hairdryer. There is a powerful air conditioner unit in each room for the hot summer months, and a central heating system for the short winter period.

The apartment is ideal for four people, but it can accommodate two extra people (up to six) in a double sofa-bed in the living room.

Despite being in the city centre, the apartment is very quiet. You will enjoy it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roberto (the owner) a message.

If Roberto (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
