Traditional Cycladic house with a modern twist, located in a premium uphill position in Anavatos Villa complex on the southern part of the island of Paros, just a few minutes away from the calm and protected sandy beach of Faragas. The three-level villa comprises two bedrooms, a loft, large living room and fully equipped kitchen, can accommodate up to 7 people. Clean lines predominate as the architecture follows the typical cubic design of Cyclades while the interior is decorated with antique and contemporary furnishings and art objects. The house offers an indoor and outdoor dining area both overlooking Aegean Sea. The striking feature is the outdoor living area which includes a piece of land planted in levels, a herb garden, a spacious wooden deck and the private swimming pool-Jacuzzi where guests can relax while sunbathing, enjoy breath taking views of the sunset or even take a night swim. This exceptional holiday home establishes the ideal environment for relaxed vacation, reassuring a special summer retreat experience.

      How do damage deposits work?

      In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

      Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
