With a kitchen perfect for those who like to try out their culinary skills with local Portuguese products, this comfortable villa with three bedrooms all en suite invites you to forget about your daily worries and focus on one thing: enjoying your holiday. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area open out onto the covered and uncovered terraces and pool area. Nature and outdoor sports are on the doorstep as this property is located within the Natural Park with Portugal's most beautiful beaches within a 5 mins drive. Staying at this villa will for sure be a big bonus to your well-deserved holiday on the beautiful rough west coast of the Algarve. The property invites you to enjoy your days at the pool (if you've had enough of the surrounding breathtaking beaches) and al-fresco dining with some nice fresh fish from the barbeque. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are all open plan and from the kitchen you will have a good view over the pool to watch your kids splashing around in it all day. With the three bedrooms en suite this is also a perfect place for a group of friends holidaying together.

OutsideOutdoor barbeque directly from kitchen near pool area, private pool is 10mx4m and depths are 1.00m - 1.50m - 2.00m. There are sunbeds and an outdoor dining set.AccessibilityThe property is all on one level and the main entrance provides easy access for wheelchair users. The terracing directly adjacent to the property are at the same level as the driveway and allow wheelchair users to go around the complete property without encountering obstacles. The sliding doors from the lounge and kitchen do have a small difference in height with regards to the terracing.

Cleaning when staying longer than a week: mid stay cleaning for guests staying 10 days or more.

Change-over: The changeover day is flexible. Please plan to arrive after 16h00 and depart by 10h00. Respecting these times allows us to properly clean and prepare the villa.

A car is essential in this area to get around as there is no public transport in Vale da Telha. There is a bus station in the town of Aljezur.

Great villa. Wonderful pool. Good barbecue. Google Maps can find it! Local shops useful. Local restaurants very pleasant.

“Relaxing quiet getaway”

Myself and my partner stayed for a week with four other friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa. The kitchen had a good range of pots, pans and utensils, the bedrooms were spacious and the lounge area with the log fire was a great social space. The pool was a little chilly due to the time of year but the boys braved it for a quick dip. The villa was also a short distance from the beach. Definitely needed a car to get to the local supermarket etc but the roads were quiet and there was lots to explore only a short drive away. The only thing that myself and my partner found was that our bed dipped somewhat which caused some aching backs in the mornings but our friends found all of the other beds to be fine.

The house is spacious and s situated a quiet neighbourhood of holiday homes in walking distance there is a shop, for real grocerie stores you must go to Aljezur a 10 minute drive with the car. The bed in the adult bedroom is a little sqeecky and I think shoud be replaced...and we bought a frying pan ourselves because the frying pans were worn out but all in all we had a pleasant stay.

The best place ever, we have been so far. Beautiful house with three bedrooms and separate bathrooms. We loved to cook together in the modern kitchen and enjoyed each evening the fireside chat in the living room. But the best part - we got our Christmas tree :) and celebrated a beautiful Christmas eve. We were lucky with the weather in December and aim to return around spring. Things to improve - cooking for seven people is a challenge, some more and bigger pans/saucepans, please. Overall a good place to stay to have a good time. Very friendly house manager. Thanks.

How do damage deposits work?
