From the owner

Casa Summer Breeze has 133 m² and a garden of 660 m². Situated in a very quiet area of Vale da Telha , 4 km from the beaches of Arrifana and M. Clérigo.

Come and stay at our peaceful south facing villa - Casa Summer Breeze - and enjoy one level living , no stairs to climb after a hard day doing nothing!

There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom

Fully fitted kitchen (gas cooker, electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cafe machine, electric kettle

Utility room - washing machine and 2nd fridge freezer important for cooling extra drinks and ices !

In the lounge there is a TV, DVD player and internet access available. Large dining table/chairs and closed fire place.

The master bedroom, lounge and kitchen open out to the patio and pool area. Bedrooms, lounge and kitchen all have ceiling fans. We back onto an Woodland in the Nature reserve Costa Vicentina and are therefore secluded. The pool is 8m x 4m with steps to shallow end. There is an outside shower, BBQ, outside furniture, sun loungers and parasols. Pool towels are supplied.

There are several bar/restaurants and a mini market close by.

The quaint town of Aljezur is a 10 minute drive where you can enjoy the delights of the fish market and fruit/vegetable market plus a large supermarket and several restaurants.

The beaches of Arrifana and Monte Clerigo are 5 minutes drive away and are totally unspoiled. They have their own cafes and restaurants.

Local activities - fishing, surfing, horse riding, cycling, tennis and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sally (the owner) a message.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
