Villa Altea, dispone anche di un grazioso miniappartamento per 2 posti letto con vista mare, giardino ed ingresso indipendente in Via Edison .

Composto da: ampia camera da letto, bagno con doccia , cucinotto/pranzo.

Aria condizionata e fornitura biancheria.

Giardino attrezzato con gazebo.

L'appartamento è al primo piano di villa Altea, dista 40 m. dal litorale che, con scoglio basso praticabile, si affaccia su un mare azzurro e trasparente. Soluzione adatta per pesca e foto subacquea

il giardino curato con piante e fiori, è di esclusiva pertinenza del miniappartamento ed è arredato di gazebo, carrello barbecue e sdraio.

Al miniappartamento si accede da via Edison, ed è composto da una ampia camera con bagno annesso, un cucinotto/pranzo.

Costruita quasi a ridosso della battigia sul lungomare c'è una pista ciclo/pedonale litorale, che collega la località Capilungo alla baia Torre Sinfonò per una lunghezza di circa 3 km.

La rotonda sul mare, di fronte alla villa Altea, è attrezzata con chiosco-bar permanente ed utilizzata occasionalmente per fiere, sagre ed eventi ecc...

Le spiagge di sabbia fine e bianca con pineta, sia libere che attrezzate, sono facilmente raggiungibili in 10/15 minuti d'auto. I posti auto sono in parcheggio libero, in adiacenza alla villa.

A 300 mt. dalla villa si trovano Esercizi commerciali ( market bar tabacchi e pizzeria)

la braceria a 50m.

la chiesa dei S.Medici a 30m.

Zeer compleet miniappartement aan de kust.

Het appartement is compact, maar zeer compleet. De eigenaar probeert het je naar je zin te maken. Hij reageert snel bij eventuele vragen. Er is een leuk terras en de auto staat voor de deur.

Why can't I call Marica (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marica (the owner) a message.

If Marica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
