From the owner

Our cottage called "The cross paths" is a family project, carried by a mother and son. At the heart of the Anjou countryside, between Saumur and Bourgueil, it offers a peaceful setting, with access to garden and swimming pool on sunny days, but will also be a gateway to the treasures of the local heritage. Chateaux of the Loire, Touraine vineyards, Black Frame Saumur, Museum of Armored ... everything is close! Travelers wishing to explore more fully the region will be only 45 minutes from Angers, 50 minutes from Tours, or 1.30 Puy du Fou. In the house, you will have the ground floor of a living room with every comfort (sofa, wood stove, dining table, coffee table, etc ...), a kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Both bedrooms are upstairs, one with a double bed and a dressing table, the second with two single beds. We look forward, so soon in joy and good humor!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Alexandre (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
